It’s insane to me how many have worked there for 20+ years, that’s how you know they treat their workers well. Socorro looks amazing for 24 years, I was shocked at how youthful she still looks. Great video.

Yup all Caesar’s entertainment cooks are local 227 union, current wage is $27 with full health benefits and pensions ect

I worked at my first job for 5 years and 1 month before quitting in 2009. Many of my colleagues are still working there today. Sometimes I admire them for their commitment, and sometimes I don't.

Multiple 20+ year restaurant employees is how you know you have assembled a great efficient team who enjoys working there. As a restaurant manager of my family restaurant, it’s hard to come by these days.

I’ve worked in restaurants FOH and BOH for almost 10 years and I still firmly say this dishwasher is the most important role in the building.

Keeping the restaurant clean and tiny is already an enormous amount of effort, keeping the people there for a long time with dignity and respect takes so much humbleness and energy.

I wasn't going to watch this, reflecting a long held low opinion of Vegas buffets. Apparently a lot has changed in the 20 or so years since I was last there! That food is pretty impressive and much more diverse. And for so many staff to have worked there for two decades or more, is even more impressive. I really REALLY wanna try that buffet!

I'm sure these guys have bad days and sometimes can't wait for the shift to end, but if you've got families working there, some people for 20+ years, it' can't be a bad job and can't be badly paid.

I was thinking that's probably a pricey buffet and I wasn't far wrong. 50 to 100 dollars per person. Woof! I'd still do it though. 😀
