It is aliveness that leads to awareness leading to consciousness . Observing yourself when you really feel alive and ask yourself how come did i feel more alive is awareness . Finding the explaination is consciousness .

And doing reverse observation ; how come did i feel so low alive . Compare both states . Analyse the conditions and the interactions

I have it easy for to compare both states cause there are situations that causes my being to fall into a slow motion diagnosed by the medical as extremely bradypsychic fluctuing with states where it's going full speed diagnosed by the medical as epilepsy . So i was wondering how come i could find myself into such extrem opposite states .
