Hey, I've been listening to this video for years, and in the last week, ads have been popping up in the middle. This is such a great vid, but it is ruined if I lose awareness to a gas station ad 10 mins in. I'm even fine with them being at the end or the beginning. You gotta make money. It's the ones in the middle that kill me.

wow this was amazing. i came out of this experience with the phrase, "this body is not mine." and it's not! reminds me of jordan peterson's book "12 Rules for Life" where he states that when administering medicine to ourselves as opposed to our own pet, we are more likely to not follow the instructions whereas we would follow the instructions to the T for our own pet. We're our own pet lol. I'm my own mother. i guess i still have the concept of me, I, and mine, so there's a lot more work to do. wonderful!

How to see one another, help one another, be with one another. we are all traveling in one direction. From here to the world of light or not. Depending on your choices.
