Even if I have been meditating for 1 year now, dealing with thoughts is always though. I'm proud of my self for dealing with them anyway 😊

Thats awesome..Great progress👏🏽 and I agree that Meditating on thoughts are more challenging than lets say meditating on sounds or body awareness. That’s also the reason I kept this meditation kinda in the middle of the challenge😊

It was really amazing experience today ❤ but i have one question For the first time i didn't got much thoughts while meditating 😅 Am i doing anything wrong ?

Infact, you are doing it right! If you experienced less thoughts that means you were able to slow down and be in the present even if it was for few seconds. It sounds to me that you have been making progress👏🏽
