I love the music. It feels nostalgic. It reminds me of when I was very little and my parents hosted a dinner party. I would listen to the music, conversation and other noises …like dishes & glasses clinking. I would drift off to sleep, in my room, feeling so peaceful and secure. Thank you for this video.❤

Love LH but oh God why would I want to imagine my father and mother each night I listen being scared and crying kids, it's traumatising, even listening in the day. A rare wrong foot by lovely Louise imo. But love the idea of forgiving others and myself to help release illness and the choosing section.❤

guys i feel so bad for my inner child... 31 years and all i have done is suppress her. i have always put others before me because i grew up being told that. i got guilt tripped when all i wanted was to express myself thru art and music. i hope i can finally be free of this soon...i am heartbroken.

Not an office person so it's hard to relate Why does everybody assume that you live your life in a cubicle? That's weird.. Other than that, I love Louise Hay.
