@@bernardsmith1230 appropriate action should be taken when nessacary. There is much suffering in the world, and all suffering stems from the thought "I am a separate self". We must start with ourselves. If we want to improve our world, we should at least attempt to discover who we truly are beyond thought. But I would also encourage anyone who was going through a tough situation like the ones you've mentioned to use the suffering as a means to find that in all experiencing (good or bad) that never changes.

"You do not need to think continuously in your daily life." (Eckhart Tolle) "If someone sits still long enough and is able to quiet their mind, they will begin to feel the Presence. If someone begins to feel their real state of being, the real condition of their mind and their body, and they are able to be with themselves at a deeper level, they will begin to feel the Presence.... So why do people resist this? Why do they seek a worldly experience of suffering and struggle and constant adaptation when they could experience the Presence? The reason you do not experience the Presence is it is hidden--hidden by the appearance of the world, hidden by the make-up of your mind, hidden by your circumstances and by your focus in life. When you begin to experience the Presence, it begins to draw you. It is the most natural attraction there can be... particularly when you find out it is not there to punish you, when you find out it is not full of judgment and wrath and displeasure, when you find out that it is wondrous and magnificent. But it is a conscious decision to turn one's life, to shift direction... Stop for a moment. Allow your mind to settle down. Breathe deeply. Go to a quiet place. Set aside your thoughts and your plans and goals and problems long enough and...frequently enough, and you begin to experience the Presence....It is with you now. It was with you yesterday. And it will be with you tomorrow--calling you and waiting for your return; waiting to bestow upon you a life of purpose, meaning and direction." (excerpts from The Presence, a revelation received by Marshall Vian Summers, New Message org)

I found a Holy Grail process and now I am living in a permanent state of a quieted mind, in non stop thoughtless awareness since January 10, 2023, when I found and experienced a profound miracle process of living in the present moment, where there are no thoughts, because thoughts are either of the past or the future. When you are truly In the Present Moment Now there are zero thoughts and you are in awe and divine connection. This is a great video. I watched it in complete mental silence and felt my hands and brain tingling with endorphins, feel good molecules of emotion. Watching this video made me even more grateful for the divine gift I was guided to and received on January 10th, 2023 in an obscure 20 minute process that permanently interrupted my constant thoughts and left me in permanent mental silence, thoughtless awareness, except when I do choose to think once in a while instead of the other way around where I was in nearly constant thoughts and only rarely quieted my mind for seconds or minutes. According to just one source, Abraham Hicks, "When you quiet your mind, you let go of all resistance." According to another source, "The main thing is your connection with the Divine is only possible when you meditate and become 'thoughtlessly aware. That's the point where Divine works, it helps." Her Holliness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. According to Eckhart Tolle he was able to achieve and and now lives in a quieted mind and found profound wisdom from then on. Buddha achieved, a permanently Quieted Mind. Krishnamurti also achieve thoughtless awareness. It is a process that money cannot buy and hundreds of millions attempt and only rarely quiet their mind. I am an eternal optimist and consider myself a lucky person. My finding that 20 minute process that instantly changed my thoughts, mind and life is the best thing that ever happened to me. I consider 2023 as the best year of my life because I am now living in permanent thoughtless awareness, which has endless benefits and connects me with the Divine.

This is a reply I gave to someone else, and it may help you too: I would try to stop thinking, but couldn't do it for more than a couple seconds. What I've found that works for me, and remarkably well, is letting go. Our thinking is quite simple - the mind chooses a topic for 20 or 30 seconds, a minute, 5 minutes, an hour, before dropping it and moving onto another one. It does this the whole day. There is a technique of simply letting go that releases the mind of whatever it is clinging onto and muddling about. The mind wants to think so it can have a grasp at something, so it can have an opinion, so it can handle something, so it can have a foothold somewhere, so it believes it's safe. But instead of betting caught up in the topic it has brought up, we can do something wonderful, seemingly new, yet ancient - just let go. Letting go is a natural process. It involves the *simple willingness* to release. If you find yourself ruminating about what someone had done, what had happened, why something is the way it is, you can just release it, drop it from consciousness. It's like holding a pencil in your hand, and just dropping it. How do you drop it? You just do, by the willingness to. The same can be done in your mind. This can really only be experienced. Try it out on something right now, and see the simplicity of just letting go. It requires no effort. As we habitually let go on the minds thinking, letting go of whole inner mind chatter, sentences, paragraphs, ideas, trying to solve things, change things, make things a certain way, trying to get approval from someone, trying to ensure the safety of the body, the mind quietens by itself. There are many techniques that employ this simple method. The Sedona Method (1992) is a full course on letting go, available for free on KZbin, where it gets deeper into it, if you'd like more information on it. A Course in Miracles uses the word 'forgiveness' for letting go, which is simply the willingness to see the minds activity, stories, positions, judgments as false, and therefore let them go. It's just a willingness, that's all. Here's an excerpt from the book "The Secret of Letting Go" by Guy Finley that describes this very well. "The truth is that letting go is very simple and, above all, natural; as natural for you and me as it is for a tree to shed the heavy, sun-ripened fruit that clings to its branches. Why? Because both man and tree, in fact all living things, are created to drop what is no longer needed. For the tree, the falling fruit carries its matured seed to the ground. No unnatural force is necessary. In a similar fashion - that is to say, under higher but equally exacting laws - these same friendly forces are waiting to do for you what you haven't been able to do for yourself. You need only learn to cooperate with these powerful and timeless principles to be able to let go of any emotional bitterness, relentless regret, anxious worry, or troubling thought. The rest will be done for you. "This is what the secret of letting go is all about. First must come the understanding that we are still carrying around the accumulated defeats of a lifetime, and that these weary weights have only served to make us someone sorry, not someone special. This initial shock may shake us, but it is really a major breakthrough. It heralds the first in a series of miraculous self-separations in which we begin to see that we have been living from an unseen part of ourselves: a self that thinks clinging to wreckage is the same as being rescued! Now we understand why all of our past efforts to let go have only left us holding a new problem. But now we also know, at last, exactly what it is that must be dropped. We must let go of this sorry self that is certain it is better to suffer and feel like someone than it is to just let go and quietly be no one. Have no concerns how this task will be accomplished. That is reality's responsibility. "This higher knowledge that is now beginning to reveal you to yourself is not mental. It is coming to you from a lofty, wise, and powerful part of yourself that lives way above everyday thinking and its ceaseless conflict over what may or may not be best. Your newly awakening inner nature knows what is best for you because it sees life without the painful confusion and contradictions that always accompany compulsive self-interest. For instance, this higher intelligence knows that you don't need to ache, even when you are sure you must. Once you have made contact with the still, secret self within, it does the rest. That's right. It is this higher part of yourself alone that has the strength and wisdom to gently open your hand so that out of it may drop all that has been making you unhappy. "Believe me, you are on the verge of the single greatest discovery any human being can make. The secret of letting go not only holds the keys for ending what is unwanted, but locked within this same supreme secret is the beginning of your new life - the birth of a new nature that never has to hold on to anything because it is already everything. Dare to proceed. Let the following special insights speed you on your way. "1 Letting go of yourself is letting go of your problems, for they are one and the same. "2 Go along with your longing to be limitless. "3 Uncovering what is wrong must always precede the discovery of what is right. "4 You can only be as free as you are willing to be truthful about yourself. "5 Letting go is strictly an inside job. "6 There is nothing hidden in the world from you if you will reveal yourself to yourself. "7 You can live from true intelligence or with self-insistence. "8 Letting go takes no strength - only a willingness to see the need for it. "9 You can never act any higher toward a situation than your understanding of that situation. "10 Once you see a problem, you know the solution. "11 A weakness detected is a weakness rejected. "12 Letting go is the natural release that always follows the realization that holding on hurts. "13 Unhappiness does not come at you, it comes from you. "14 Suffering is only something you picked up by mistake. "15 What you really want is to stop thinking about yourself. "16 Defeat comes from clinging to solutions that don't work. "17 Letting go happens effortlessly once you see there is no other choice. "18 Real freedom is the absence of the self that feels trapped, not the trappings that self acquires to make it feel free. "19 Wanting to learn about yourself while limiting your discoveries to what you want to find is like saying 'I want to see the whole world from my bed.' "20 The only thing you lose when you let go of something you are afraid to live without is the fear itself." Best of luck. You can do it! I believe in you!

Kind of Kandy Koated Krishnamurti And if you sit amongst the birds and trees You sit amongst awareness without thought And it is calling out to you And Eckhart Tolle knows this So feed your "self" to nature Feed the enlightenment that is already there.

I believe Descartes realized that there was a gap between thinking and "Iamness", he could clearly see the pattern Thinking __ Iamness __ Thinking, that's why he thought I think therefore I am I think (stopped being) I am (I once again am).

Is this what we talk about in this space - time crossing? Or are there urgent matters to address first, even if this (in video) is the most profound truth of what is and who we are

you see, all is awareness and energy...awareness the eternal One the IAM, that is , we are all really One being....and energy, that's what appears confusing....there are infinite forms in many layers of existence, because it's uncountable lol...but the energy forms come and go and that's temporary...so in meditation I focus on my breath and listen... I am not the body, I am not the mind, I am pure awareness inside empty space and science found out were 99.9% empty space.... I have a relationship with God in our infinite journeys we enjoy together....clumsy human language don't focus on we, focus on IAM!!! Hope it helps, God bless you on your journey ❤
