Fun fact, Warrior is one of the big three when it comes to making ice hockey equipment. Growing up it was always really odd seeing their logo on football kits and boots when I was so used to seeing it on hockey sticks or helmets

What is funny is the Liverpool away and third from that season were a thousand times worse. also when Ellis said it was on brand for them Liverpool came second that year. But it will always be remembered for the slip

That warrior Liverpool shirt is a reference to the 1984 shirt which we won a European Cup in. We also played really well in the warrior remake. Unlike later NB and Nike kits, it was actually Liverpool red rather than darker shades that remind me more of Man United. Honestly all in all a 7.5, let down by feeling a bit poor quality

@@justsomeguy2743 yeah I think for non-reds, they remember the Gerrard slip in that kit and laugh and they forget the context of the slip. I don't think that's what lost us the league, but it's an iconic moment in that kit and that overshadows how close we really came in the eyes of fans of other teams

Liverpool’s bad year was in the 2014-15 kit - not sure if Ellis got the two mixed up. The 2013-14 one is quite minimalist, the 14-15 is HORRIFIC, isometric LFC written through the kit, random lines everywhere, it’s definitely one of the worst of all time
