The awesamdad au makes me think of that scene in the lion king, where simba tries to scare off the hyenas with his roar but it's all sad and wimpy and they laugh at him till his dad shows up and does like a proper roar and scare them off. Anyways this is really cute and some much needed fluff after all the angst we have been getting.
