We lived at bang saray for 6 months before covid and absolutely loved it. We rented one of the pool villas down next to the beach, those are amazing. Maybe a bit pricy but could be an option for your subscribers too. Loved the beach, fresh seafood and the quiet and relaxing life. Thank you C&D, another great video, and good price on the condos 👍

I’m not sure if anyone has done this before, but having a website with an extensive list of all the condominiums in the area would be a great idea. It could show the amenities, location, and a rating system and how to contact the condominiums directly. You’d be able to sell advertising on the website.

Hi JJ. That would be almost impossible as there are around 5000 condo complexes here. And most condos us different agents. But it is a great idea and would probably take a few years to cover them all with pictures prices and names of agents and very hard to keep up to date unfortunately. But thx for your advice 👍❤️👍

You’d have a massive audience from people wanting to come to Thailand and the condominiums could pay you extra to be featured and do advertising. Also upcoming condominiums that haven’t been built yet could advertise on your site. you could even just do the top 50 and then build it slowly.

I like that building. I've seen it a few times on another channel and I always call it the Hippo House because of the hippos on the roof top area:) That is a LOT of 7-11's (in Thailand, in general!)

The honest answer is I don’t know about leasing a car as a foreigner in Thailand. But with the pickup trucks being so cheap here compared to the west. It was just to good to pass up so I bought one 👍❤️👍
