@Razer1263 Robots are typically equipped with brakes that are automatically applied when power is down, i.e. they need power to disengage the brakes and be able to move. So when there is a power outage, they freeze in the state they're currently in. This is a common security feature in industrial robotics.

It is generating longitudinal forces by tilting forward and back. It is easier to do it realistically that way because you can't simulate braking forces with spinning.

is that euro truck sim? steering wheel looks like tata truck from india. if they want simulate exactly big arm swing much faster about 10,000rpm. that help driver feel speed.

if you read the description you see it was converted to a sim. this means it was probably done just to do it, not for commercialization.

Considering the forces in a real F1 car are multiple G's, no. A simple tilt downward or upward to simulate braking and accelerating would only be at the force of gravity itself (1.0G).

Would Love to see the same simulator doing flight with barrel roles and high G turns. this has been the only simulator that could actually pull that off it seems. Nice natural flow. If you need a volunteer, I am available 360 days out of the years. :) Game On!

But a setup like this doesn't just "sit on the ground". It got a pretty big arc of up/down movement. So it could create quite a few Gs if it was moving fast enough. But only for a split sec :P

it doesn't seem to be actually simulating anything though just turning with the game, in fact it dips forwards a lot so we can assume it's simulating is in reverse
