people still say "Harley is fine,she's mid tier" play the character at a high level and you'll really see how far the character takes you. you can crouch against Harley and be fine. she just does good against manta. I stopped playing the game so idc if they buff her or not.

The fact that Honeybee (or was it BioHazard?) dropped Harley Quinn for characters like The Flash and Captain Cold should tell you all you need to know. Injustice 2 Harley is a very cool character, but she's in desperate need of a major buff. There's a reason you don't see anyone using Harley at major tournaments any more.
