You can still adjust your mount and make it more flush on the passenger side. Mine started out like that, I found out that the plastic on the bezel did not line up perfectly when tightened down. I took it off and finely ground out the plastic. Before tightening you can wack the passenger side with the palm of your hand a few times, then tighten it securely.

Good to know! It hasn't bothered me much since I've just accepted it but now that I know it can be better, I'll probably take it all apart because of you lol! Thanks! lol

Gotta love mods that make life easier. This would be great for phone, Midland 2-way radio, and go pro/camera. Great video!

Great video. Wish I would have seen this before I ordered mine. I’m not going to be happy with the gap on the passengers side. Especially for the price. I could have purchased a different brand that was a lot cheaper. But we will see. Will be here next week sometime.

Thanks! Luckily I don't really notice it since I'm driving most of the time but the times where I ride shotgun to shoot video, I notice it and it still irks me a little. It's still an awesome product though and I'm super stoked with how well it holds all of my electronics while I'm off-roading. Part of me wants to take it all apart and try seeing if I can get rid of the gap but I spent a few hours working on it the first time and that was the best I could get it. Hopefully you'll have better luck installing and it wont be as noticeable!

great video and love the segments being labeled. Was searching for things to add to mine. My next mod is a Cb that was going to be installed passenger leg area and hang the mic but maybe there's room on the PAM for the entire thing

Thanks Christopher! That will be a sick mod! I'm trying to decide if I want to add my radio on the PAM or between the passenger seat and center console as well. I feel like it might just stick up a little too high on the PAM but I guess it all depends on what you're driving. I definitely plan on mounting the mic to the PAM though.

Did you use the screws that came with the 3tpam, or ram mount ?

Nice man. I have kings and method 702’s as well. Not sure how much trail time you have on your kings and your methods but you’ll love them on the trails

Nice man! I'm loving my 702s and, I mean, Kings? Doesn't get any better! The only thing I was iffy on was whether I should go K02 or KM3. Went the K02 route and so far I'm happy with them although they did get a nice half in cut from a previous rock crawl adventure. So far, I've gone offroading with them in Yosemite, Big Bear, and Joshua Tree and trying to plan the next big adventure!

@@HorizonBound nice! My buddies and I are supposed to be hitting up Colorado for about a week in July. I’m looking to get back out to Cali and head to the Alabama hills at some point.

Unrelated, what radio head unit is that?

Just the stock one that came in the 2020 Off Road Advanced Tech package. Thought about getting aftermarket but it works great IMO.

I dropped the red piece into that pit. Jeez it’s a nightmare to get out.

Aw man!! I'm sorry lol! Yeah I was definitely worried about dropping it while trying to record at the same time!
