Nice video. Now I've seen how wet wipes are made. Even if the wet wipes are used for hygiene, the wet wipes are the number one solution for clogged drain pipes in the house. Because many people don't throw wet wipes in the trash, but instead flush them down the toilet. 🙁

These giant rolls are bigger and heavier than it looks especially if you are a two person crew running one line aka machine. I would know because I have worked in this assembly line in Pennsylvania,the long distance drive isn’t worth the under staff employees (10hrs 4 days) minimum wage is $9 shipping out to hospitals,hotels,and other big companies

Observe the hands and fingers of the individual packaging the brown tissues - this is sick. This underscores the importance of being selective about the companies from which you purchase such products. Consumers should exercise caution, as appearances can be deceiving, and not all tissue papers claiming to be 100% clean may actually be so. Thanks guys for uploading this video.

I understand your concern, but PIC of the last stage keeps his hands clean and sanitized during the process. Our client companies regularly visit facilities to review the whole process and many of them are global companies of high standards.

@@jihyekim7009Please check the video at the 7:05 minute mark and observe his hands closely, particularly his fingernails. If this individual were in my country, he would likely be flagged for a violation along with his company. I urge the company to take this matter seriously, especially if they value their customers. Medical grade for sterilization purposes so people don’t suffer infections like they used to when using an old sock and twigs. I like my wounds clean not maybe clean.

Last person packing and handling the paper napkins wasn't wearing gloves

PIC of the last stage keeps his hands clean during the process. It is much harder to count and pack paper napkins with gloves on because of static. Our client companies regularly visit facilities and review the whole process.
