Awesome Oreo Cake l Chocolate Sponge l Milkyz Food
So Moist and Delicious Oreo Cake,
Ingredients:
Sugar 130 gm
Water 80 ml
Cooking Oil 65 gm
Yogurt 65 gm
Egg 1 piece
Cocoa powder 20 gm
All-Purpose Flour 113 gm
Baking powder 3 gm
Baking soda 4 gm
Milk powder 15 gm
Oreo Biscuits 20 gm
For Frosting:
Whipy whip whipping cream 200 gm
Oreo Biscuits 50 gm
Method:
Take a bowl. Add sugar, water, cooking oil, yogurt, and egg, and mix it. Then add cocoa powder and mix again. Take all-purpose flour in a separate bowl and add baking powder, baking soda, and milk powder in it and add into the prepared mixture and mix it. Then add crushed Oreo to it. Convert this mixture into a Mold. Now, bake it at 165°C for 30 minutes.
For Frosting:
Whip the whipping cream well and add powdered Oreo intermittently. Now make the frosting with it.

I stay in India n often people ask for eggless cakes so can u please share some eggless sponge recipes which will stay super soft like the egg sponge. I follow your egg sponge recipes which stay soft for long even after icing n storing in fridge but in case of eggless sponge they never stays that soft n when I do icing n keep in fridge they turn hard. I don't want to use any premix powder which are full of chemicals. I want the same kind of texture in eggless sponge.I want to become a home baker so kindly help me out.
