I absolutely LOVE your "professional" styling tips, and I always learn something from you. I've purchased the "cinch it" items and love them. I especially love that you give us positive thoughts and insights. It is so true that it is all "in our heads" and most folks are worrying about their own "head" stuff and don't even care what you look like. I've seen both good and bad fashion styles, I live In NJ afterall! However, knowing how to disguise and camouflage weight gains and losses is KEY. I've been over 200 lbs at times, and NOBODY knew how much I weighed because I could camouflage very well. I try, but since menopause and COVID, I have been struggling with the belly fat. I watch you videos especially to learn how to incorporate "trends" into my wardrobe, and I agree that some of us should not be wearing the cargo look. I am a gal with wide hips and thick thighs, so those looks are awful on me. Keep up all these great videos. If every woman could take something from your videos we'd all be Fab over 50!

It really is amazing how much a little ruching helps hid the tummy ! Thank you again for all the great tips Heather ! I always love your inspirational messages, they make me remember not to focus on my weight, just to focus on the event !! I have always been way to hard on myself about body image. I really enjoy your videos & they have been very s helpful for me. I particularly like the way you show 2 looks side by side. Your content is excellent. I am, however, turned off by the opening greeting of “Hello awesome ones.” I find the word awesome to be overused, insincere, & exaggerated.

You know some small dogs think they are big dogs...well I'm 5'1" short gal...but I think I'm a much taller gal😂😂 It has taken me years to realize that I need to watch what I'm wearing so I don't look even shorter Love learning about the invisible belt...so many tops are too long...now I'll be able to wear some of those cute tops Thanks again for tips that I don't know about
