I went to a matinee showing of this movie when it released and the only other people in the theater were seniors from a retirement home. Sat between 2 old ladies with their knitted blankets. Hearing their reactions to this movie was priceless. One of the best theater experiences lol.

That was a Chevelle SS 396. I had a 67 model with a few minor mods. It was VERY fast. Of course I rode very fast motorcycles before I got into cars. Been racing most of my life actually. Including now as a, what do they call us now, a senior! Back to the film. They just keep getting better. This one is actually better than the first and, well, can't wait to see you react to number 3. And there are 4 and 5 in the works although they will take a different plunge.

I really like the old time call center tech mixed with new technology that we see in this film. You mentionned that the noise of the guns in the catacombs would be so loud they would probably be deaf and this has lead me to think of another movie where you could enjoy such sounds. Check out "Heat"(1995). It stars Al Pacino which you previously saw in "Scent of a Woman" and Robert DeNiro who has not appeared on your channel yet. Both of these actors are considered amongst the best actors of their generation. As usual, it is really cool to see you have so much fun watching a movie.

The sequels (Chapters) to John Wick are so gratifying because they are all so great. I fell in love with the first one I saw. . . I think it was the third. I had no idea about what led up to it and felt kind of lost, but I loved the story I was immersed in and talk about action! Keanu Reaves does not disappoint in these movies. Now that I’ve seen them all multiple times I have definite favorites, and I just love the world they created for these movies. It’s just so cool.

I dont purchase many movies but the John Wick series in my opinion is a must own. The action is fantastic. Keanu had a LOT of training with firearms, I suggest looking up Keanu's gun training on KZbin, its quite amazing. Its because of the actor's dedication to understand gun handling is one of the main reasons that this and the other Wick movies are fantastic.

I absolutely loved the first film. That being said, while this is not as good as that one, but only by a little, it does a great job of expanding on the story of the first film. This sequel really makes you feel for John Wick due to the trouble that has fallen on him, both because of his decision to come out of retirement, and because of the actions of the sleazy villain at the heart of this film. You really want to see John Wick survive everything that is thrown at him and get his revenge by the end of the movie, even if it might cost him anything he had left. I also liked the addition of Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King, which was a new and interesting wrinkle to the story moving forward.

James, I noticed that someone suggested you add "Jason Bourne" (2016) to your list. That is actually the last sequel in the franchise. You don't want to watch that one first because it won't make sense. Please add "The Bourne Identity" (2002), "The Bourne Supremecy" (2004), and the "Bourne Ultimatium" (2007). You should watch "The Bourne Identity" first and then decide if you want to continue and watch the others in the series.
