Rolling the Rs is acceptable, and is done by native French speakers in some regions. In fact, about a century ago, many artists and singers like Maurice Chevalier used to roll their "r"s because it was considered chic. Anyways, it is not vital to learn how to pronounce "r"s in French: you could even substitute them for "w"s and still be understood. Learning to differentiate and properly pronounce "u" and "ou" is a lot more important and an actual challenge for English speakers.

It can sometimes leads to some misunderstanding. But the French R is a non existing sound in Asian languages. Hard for them to learn to pronounce. Like my name. It’s unpronounceable for an Asian. Actually the word "serrurerie" is not pronounced the same as in the video, the E in french words is often not pronunced, so in french we will pronounce this word as serrurie and not serrurerie, small mistakes there
