Awfis Space Solutions, backed by investors like Ashish Kacholia and ChrysCapital, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on May 22, with a price band fixed at Rs 364-386 per share. The IPO comprises a mix of fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 128 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 1,22,95,699 equity shares by existing shareholders, including promoter Peak XV Partners Investments. Scheduled to close on May 27, the IPO's anchor book will open for a day on May 21. With a bid size of 39 shares, the offering allocates 10 percent of shares to retail investors, 15 percent to non-institutional investors, and 75 percent to qualified institutional buyers. Basis of allotment will be finalized by May 28, with refunds expected to initiate on May 29. The company's shares are slated to debut on the stock exchanges on or before May 30. Currently, promoters hold a 41.53 percent stake in the company, while public shareholders own the remaining 58.47 percent.
