They need capable real state developers to start building fast, they can build and resell , thats the way to go...depending on individuals to buy and build wil take ages for proper development to surface there...

@YangaLife the mistake has already been done...go to lagos or other big cities, well planned estate like this are done by developers, even within 3 years...Look at Amen estate in lagos...Well planned and executed with same style ...selling to individuals by plot wil take years to develop...are you going to tell people what to design and build? I hope the structures we will see there wil not disorganise the whole plan...

Complain and report that they put no concrete drains, it must be culverts under ground, the should build several lakes so water can drain into them, and it also beautify the city if well done, it could be part of the land scape, you can put a waterfall in the center of it. Because it's brand new no building should go up without proper plan according to the planning, you just cannot put buildings anywhere without landscaping thats in the plan, please keep the pressure on to make sure nigeria becomes clean and organized.

Peter Obi reconstructed from ONITSHA down to Abagana, I think. Nkpor, he also did. Highway from ONITSHA to Odumodu junction, he did as well.
