Fraser has real issues, granted, but he's one of the only people I've seen on these Below Deck series who takes criticism and actually adjusts his behavior accordingly. There are a few more, but most b/c so defensive or are so delusional that they shut down at the mere mention that they need improving. Kudos for Fraser being self-aware and honest enough to do the work needed to get better at his job!
