Having employed and managed staff for thirty years, I would be having words with Tumi. Her unprofessional behaviour started before she ever stepped foot on the boat. Arriving with preconceived ideas from the outset, and an attitude to go with it, then carrying on with it by texting another subordinate is beyond unprofessional. Respect is not a given, it’s earned. She has put herself in a situation of her own making of which the only way out, to regain some respect is to admit to her error of judgment and show a little humility. If she can’t do that, she shouldn’t be in the position.

Nat thought she set it up all so wonderful for Tumi that there should be nothing changed. However, it's not the way Tumi wants it and Nat can't handle that. Nat has been so negative, it's really irritating and she is always forever complaining. It's her way or the highway. She's not Chief Stew so suck it up, so just deal with it instead of being a whiny baby. When she tells Tumi to stop shoving her hand in her face, she is not doing that at all. She uses hand gestures just as she does herself. When Jess was talking about the room cleanup, Nat got all huffy puffy about it because she heard Tumi was not happy that it was not up to her standard (emptying the garbage and cleaning the bathroom). She radioed Tumi to come up and meet her and right off the bat, she said, what else am I doing wrong now?! She was rude about it and her approach was not respectful. Tumi is doing her job and she is doing a great job. Nat is mad that she is not Chief Stew and that her setup was not used. I have 0 respect for Nat and a ton for Tumi.

This charter had the worst walk on experience, makes me mad. For one it was raining they were upset and Captain Sandy asked the crew to go the gate and meet and they ignored her. There's was no automatic champagne and no food prepped. The cheese plate and crackers, and chocolate chip cookies food board was a damn joke, glad they didn't see it.

Tumi being an inexperienced chief stew shouldnt have let Kyle poison the well. If someone talks about other people, they’re probably talking about you too! She showed zero appreciation for Natalya’s hard work. She should have taken it as a learning experience and seen what she had to offer before being so confrontational. She’s had an attitude since she stepped on board and the petty games of texting Kyle was DISGUSTING. Kyle playing both sides and being the biggest pot stirrer is extremely uncomfortable to watch. The greatest first charter crew immediately diminished. Kyle once again doing bare minimum and skating by. Would it have killed him to stay up an extra hour to finish cleaning up properly? NO. Captain Sandy you claim to always know what’s going on yet didn’t learn from last season the train wreck Kyle was. We’re not here for the drama it’s sick and borderline bullying at times. I miss a good hard working respectful crew. You’ve tainted Below deck Med with these last few trash seasons. Pathetic. And poor Cheffy. So talented at his craft only for Tumi & Kyle to lack communication and accountability 🤢🤮

Tumi is seriously unprofessional, and is expecting respect that not only, has she not earned, but doesn’t deserve. Her behaviour has been appallingly unprofessional since the moment she stepped foot on the boat. Managing staff/subordinates is an art form. Her biggest mistake was to arrive with pre-conceived ideas from another crew member. Her second biggest mistake was to carry it on by texting him. It’s almost impossible to come back from these types of situations unless you’re willing to admit the error of your ways and show some humility.

When Aesha 1st season as Cheif-stew Tumi had her back the whole time, Natalia is just running around trying to poison everyone against her. Tumi had her mind set about Natalia the minute she came aboard. So Tumi judged Natalia by someone else opinion. Tumi should of got to know Natalia personality and work habits first before coming down on her. What is saying, Never judge some by someone else opinion. This was Tumi fault all they way. Tami did not respect Natalia. She should let Natalia give her the update and information on the first charter that Tumi missed, then she should thank Natalia for helper out. Instead Tami started a major problem and war with the boat. I would fired Tami. Natalia is NOT the toxic one. She did not come down hard on Tami until Tami start Crapping all over Natalia. Just Think if Tami came on the boat not knowing anything about Natalia and greet Natalia kind with no judgment, there would be No fights or arguments. Things would be more peaceful if Tami came in calmly and less judgmental about the hear say about Natalia. Also the party mess should been cleaned up that night.
