First time watching one of your videos, and I loved it. You delivered all of the pertinent information I was looking for, but delivered through the mind of "Eor." He's a Winnie the Pooh character, if you don't know; and he's awesome. Anypooh, your demeanor immediately put me at ease, and then I could just soak up the information I came to find. I think you have something here with this format, I really do. Well, thanks for creating and sharing this video, and I wish you nothing but success. 🤙

Thank you so much. That’s an unexpected, but very appreciated comment that has most likely made my year. I can relate to the character you mention (Eor) and take that comparison with pride. Thanks once again 🙏

I have this same Tele, and it’s one of my favorite guitars. I keep it in drop C tuning with some Ernie Ball 9-46 M-steel strings, and it absolutely shreds. I like it so much, that I was thinking of getting a second white one (the pearlescent looks so great on it, doesn’t it?) that I keep in a more standard tuning. Great video, killer guitar. You’re going to love it!

Great video, and looks like a great guitar, trying to find a white one is near impossible haha. Also, unless the colour grading is a style choice, I’d recommend fixing the hue, as it’s a bit blue. Other than that great quality 👍

Thanks for your comments and feedback. I am glad I bought this when I did. The video colour is intentional, but could probably be turned down a bit. I'm not a fan of 'bright' 🙂

@@guitarfascination After owning this for a while, what’s your thoughts compared to two humbuckers? Is the rail pickup hotter than than the humbucker or are they matched to work in unison? Really intrigued by this setup & wondering if better combination, thanks.

This guitar has quickly become one of my favourites. It has so much going for it considering its price. I LOVE the Jim Root signature model, but didn't have the budget for it. This was the best I could do, and I couldn't be happier.

I have one of these, amazing guitar. It's so fun to play, I make most of my covers with it, and play it far more than my Fender Strat. My advice to other fellow owners: don't be a fool like me, and protect it from SUNLIGHT!. I didn't realize morning sunlight from the window had been hitting it in my new flat a few hours every morning, during a pair of weeks, and now my Tele has a yellow tone in it instead of its perfect Pearl White. Gotta live with it :'D
@guitarfascination2 жыл бұрын
Oh wow. Thanks for that tip. I’ll have to keep an eye on that sunlight issue!

Great video 👍🏻 Which would you select if i compare this with the black CV 70's Custom tele? The one that has 1 single coil & 1 humbucker.
@guitarfascination Жыл бұрын
Thank you 🙏 If you’re talking about the model with the humbucker in the neck, I’d guess that the tones would be the biggest difference. Basically, if I wanted modern distorted tones, I’d choose this one. If I was playing more traditional (old school) rock, I’d choose the CV 70’s.

You should see it in person. There are very fine pearlescent sparkles in it, and the logo text is a shiny silver. It’s a real show stopper in person!

I'm not sure what paperwork you are referring to, but the official Fender website has all the specs, warranty PDF and Manual PDFs at www.fender.com/en-AU/squier-electric-guitars/telecaster/contemporary-telecaster-rh/0371225568.html

Have you played the newer ones? There's nothing "rubbish" about them, they're absolutely fantastic and this contemporary tele really does embarrass the shit out of higher end Fender guitars that are four to five times the price.

Yeah, @RickDB is absolutely correct. This telecaster absolutely puts other shredders to shame, looks incredible, and you should really try some out. I have a few Squiers in my collection of 30 guitars, and 2 of them are in my top 5 guitars. Very surprising quality.

@@JedrekVRoscoe How bad are Squier guitars? Squiers sound awful. The Squier sound is similar to the Fender sound, with a few differences veteran guitar players may pick up on. Squier pickups are a little weaker, and the body materials used do not allow for the richness of tone found in Fenders.Sep 9, 2022
