That happens all the time and I still don’t know why. I remember when Jurassic Park came out and the news kept warning parents to not bring their small children because it could be a bit scary. I try to watch this every year. The cynical nature of it and the story of redemption it portrays is a masterclass, though hyperstylized in it execution of many of the worst and best traits humans posses. The greed, maliciousness, apathy and the possibility of redemption far outway the pure comedy I saw in it in my twentys, when it came out. Plus you can't beaT the cast all playing to perfection. Thanks for reviewing it. Happy New Year. And keep the good times rolling. You are the best. You are going to be able to do whatever you want in life. Keep it positive and realize though most people in life are in fact really pieces of excrement. If you pay attention and are true to yourself you can overcome all things in your path as long as you celebrate the good things. Thanks again for brightening people's days.

Great reaction as always Ashleigh, for sure not one of my favorite films, but still an interesting one. Got to say though my New Years spirits were dampened today with the unfortunate news that Betty White passed away this morning at the age of 99 just 17 days before her 100th birthday. But I feel that she would want us all to go on to smile and laugh, and your reaction still put a smile on my face and a good bit of laughter in my heart. I would love to have you react to a little film called Lake Placid from 1999. When I first saw it, I had mostly only known Betty for her role on the Golden Girls as the sweat and innocent Rose, but then in that film she told a cop to well... I do not want to spoil it, but leave it be said that I laughed so hard at the new light I saw Betty in that day. There are plenty of other great films that Betty stared in, and reacting to a few might be a wonderful way to honor her for her near century of bringing joy into our world. Anyway, thank you for another excellent reaction Ashleigh, and if Betty were here I know she would join me in saying thank you for being a friend. Happy New Year, and may 2022 be better even for the loss of a shining star.
