Hey Chetan, AZ is a physical location, it's like our Datacenter and you can assume if datacenter down then what happened. It will impact to all our resources in that particular Datacenter. In short to answer your question, no, your system will not be available if it's home AZ-1a is down. Thank You!! Mithilesh Singh
