This is the weapon that we got for free for watching TennoCon 2024. In case you missed out I'd expect Baro Ki'teer to bring it in the future.
Warframe Hotfix 36.0.8:
Changed AX-52’s Critical Chance headshot mechanic to Stacked Multiply instead of Add when applying the Critical Chance buff.
This addresses unintended interactions with Abilities such as Xata’s Whisper.
Also updated the Unique Trait description to better communicate the end result of this Critical Chance headshot mechanic. The buff effectiveness has actually increased very slightly, but players should expect similar results overall.
Was: Aimed Headshots have +100% Critical Chance.
Now: Aimed Headshots have +400% Critical Chance.

I really wish they would fix all the stacking effects to be consistent single refresh/dropoff effect, for things like flare or frostbite I think an adjustment to duration would be fair as a trade off

Banshee could make proper use out of either firing method. Bump the damage of the hip shots with Sonar while you build the gun to capitalize on crit.

You get the weapon for watching 30 minutes from 11 am to 4:30 pm. Watching passed 4:30 will give Saryn Prime.

Honestly a cold/crit build sounds a lot more fun than a Viral build. You use hip-fire to freeze multiple enemies, clump um up with a grouping tool, then you ADS to finish them all off 😈

Ok let me clear some stuff up. This was likely a model that was made off the bones of an AKM or AK-74. Not “AK-47”a proper “AK-47” is stupid rare and hella expensive. AK-47 was never the official designation of the original AK this was added later. And finally. The AK platform is not inaccurate. They are quite accurate when properly maintained, Just like the M4/M16/AR-15 platform. The accuracy misconception is likely a spawn of western propaganda in media from the Cold War where the bad guys in that media used the AK platform while the good guys used the M4/M16/AR-15 platform and because the media wants the good guys to win the enemy can’t hit them.

@malfeastial like I've said, fancier version of it. Similar stats, same damage type(puncture), both have bonuses for making critical shots. AX52 has smaller magazine but it has that mechanic for efficiency, while Gotva has two times bigger magazine. Same reload speed on both.... just like Gotva never made it to be among meta weapons this one won't make it either... but I'm glad to have it, I like Gotva for specific situations so I'm sure I'll like this one too.
