You really do elevate the average standard of RC video production values on KZbin each time you post a vid! I like your nice concise yet comprehensively informative voiceovers.

Nice work Derek like the garage work sound effects on the wheels. Axial truck is sweet. Your video tutorials are fantastic easy to follow along the process. The battery compartment turn out nice, i did a similar setup with my wraith moved the battery to the front under the hood. Great work buddy 🙏✝️☮️

Thank you very much for your kind words Lou. The garage sounds were an after thought during editing and I'm happy you liked them. I've left my Wraith Spawn stock, but my two other Wraiths have the front battery mod. The Bomber tray needed protection because the battery was so exposed, which I felt was potentially dangerous if I was using a Lipo.

hi mate. thanks for the call out. youtube didn’t give me a notification.😢 anyway great video, i always wondered what those holes were for. pleased its in a good home and hope you enjoy it mate😊👍 looking forward to seeing the work come to fruition. i think on those beadlocks you can actually cover the vent holes in the wheels by turning the separate wheel bits to cover it if you ever need to. mods looks great 👍

Hi Dom. You're very welcome, and thanks for the tip about the wheels. I've never seen a Bomber in real life before and when I opened the box and saw it for the first time I knew instantly I'd made the right decision buying it. It's a great looking RC and I've enjoyed working on it a lot. I'm looking forward to running it and testing the sway bar when I get the chance.

Excellent modifications! I love these Rock Racers - crawlers with speed. Love the Bomber, but I'm a big fan of the Ryft. Very expensive though.

Hello mate. Thank you very much. I've always liked the Bomber and when they were discontinued I regretted never buying one for my Axial collection. Now I have one and I'm very happy. The Ryft looks great but I don't have the terrain here to justify getting one really. Although I probably would if they didn't cost so much to be honest !

An rc that I have always loved, but that I have never bought, strange all the same 😁 Excellent upgrade and very good explanations. Great job 👌

Fantastic work Derek. It sure is nice seeing the Newer bombers. I got the ol school Gen 1 But it does the job. Most of the Time. lol All great upgrades and mods. That Battery compartment. What a PITA I went with an aluminum Tray instead of plastic and a 3s 2200 Mah battery. Of course I usually have to bring a couple extra. ;) lol I must say Derek The editing skills are ALWAYS improving and each video seems to be more enjoyable than the last. Fantastic work bud. I notice these things. Specially with LONG TIME KZbin Friends. :) Thumbs up of course. :) Hope all is well

Thank you very much for your kind words Nick. I can't understand why they made the same mistake with the battery compartment in the Gen 2.0.

The sway bar kit is cool, but why on fitted as standard as these sort of RC really need it. Bad Battery holder one of my pet hates as I try to keep to a few size of them. But that new battery will fit well in a Tamiya 🙂I like the extra LED's makes it look finished. Will be interesting how it run now with the changes.

I tried my Turnigy 2S 2200mah soft packs but they were too short and fell through the gap. Such a bad oversight making the same mistake with the battery compartment in the Gen 2.0.

@@hollyhillrc I do not get a battery box with a hole, my trouble is I always use full size batteries but then I wilk to places and better to drive the car than carry it. Today I walked to a new skatepark that was 1.7ml

Nice upgrades It looks a lot like my twin hammers I used to own.
@hollyhillrc10 ай бұрын
Thank you very much Steve. I always liked the Twin Hammers but I never bought one because I already had my Tamco Recon which looks very similar. Something I regret now. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oHjHYn-fa96VhsU
