I absolutely love this rig, smaller that a 1/10 so mobile but not a 24, which I find for real world trail crawling kinda small. This is def a capable RC as well, before mods it is def one of the better rtr I’ve crawled with.

You like me guessing the 24 donesnt work, you always out on tough terrain. But this little guy can pull the big boy lines.

Nice! The places you record at are really great. Just got one of these as a Christmas gift. Only had it out a few times so far,but as someone new to rc crawlers,it seems pretty impressive right out of box.

It really is if your into the performance side of it check me out and use me anytime you want. Mine only has the springs removed from it but I want to remove some plastic and get the battery on the servo at some point. I also haven’t yet like to band down the front. Tons of great guys out there doing amazing stuff w RC crawlers!

I def can’t pull 60 degrees yet. I’ll see next couple days here hope to have a piece of something with carpet on it to do some more scientific testing. Wanted to for a long time rainy winter seems like good time to build one.

Yes I’m blessed with a good backyard…comp worthy. Yeah only thing I’ve done to this is removed the springs. It is a great size for me myntrails to dirty for the 24….not that haven’t had fun w it out there and at the ocean. But this is a diff level

She’s great heard a weird noise outside this morning worried about my few chickens. She’s ready big beefy bark and a barge out the door and everything in forest runs other way lol. She in summer spends her whole day outside free guarding the chickens and everything….she is not mean if you met her randomly she’d be too nice….but if you act like a weirdo coming up my driveway she will def let everyone know. And stand her ground with you too lol. She kills any rat or rodent around.

I mean only thing I have done is remove the springs so it’s full droop w out mods. I’m way more 1/10 guy the scx24 is fun but not for me in the woods. I do have a chassis coming for that. I think the furitek 1/18 is looking Awsome as well it’s a l g chassis essentially a lcg chassis I would suggest this to anyone can put big parts on it and there are a million upgrades available. Too me it’s way worth the $100 more than a scx24

I'm thinking of ditching the 24 scale for this or 1/10 scale( budget permitting). What do you people think is a better option?

Idk….i love the 1/10. But def more costly. These were on sale for 220 seems like great deal. In 1/10 feel like you into 300 for decent rigs. And upgrades more than for these. Redcat ascent looks good for money. But I’ve never had one. Hard smaller the cheaper…..but if you can swing a 1/10….or a custom 1/10 do it.

Do it check out my latest video it is a great base for a mini comp crawler! Big car quality in a smaller car package. And you can put big wheels on it easily. I find the 1/24 small for my area love the 1/10 and 1/6 I do a little. But this is a nice smaller scale for my terrain. This is my backyard
