This warmed my heart. Reminded me of my sugar glider I rescued. He was abused and was afraid of everything. Even the other gliders I own. It took a lot of hard work and patience to get him to trust me and not be afraid. We had a very special bond and he had a very good 10 years after his rescue. Thank you for sharing Migi's story. I look forward to the next video. 😊

Thank you for the care and love you give to this little guy. I know axolotls are becoming popular and people buy them without much knowledge and preparation, which ends up in becoming sick/injured, being surrendered to rescue and getting rehomed multiple times. Happy to know that Migi is now in good hands.

I have an axolotl named Axo and I wondering how do you keep the nitrate levels down? Is it because I have sand in his tank?

The easiest way to get rid on nitrate is to do water change. Live plants can' help lower a bit but water change is the best option. Just in case test your nitrate out of the tap. It may be the problem. I hope it helps :)
