The Dynamic Trio...whose combined logic pretty much covers everything you want or need concerning the Art and Enjoyment of Music and Audio. I for years, probably 10, I was a subscriber to High Fidelity and Stereo Review. This or their contribution to the knowledge of products and the experience versus the Specs and basic sound quality. Music is the connection that binds humanity and connects us just as love. The earliest thing I learned from all I read and all the hours I spent at Pro Audio listening to equipment from hundreds to thousands of bucks was it was your individual ears. Then it was parts and Aesthetics or Knob or Switch Feel...your environment. And lastly your joy with the music.

18:17 I’m using shoe boxes (size 14 US) to prop up speakers in a 2.1 setup in the shed. Yes the shed is entirely tin, yes it leaks sound, yes it Rattles when the bass kicks in Did it raise the speakers up to ear level and thus improving the range of frequencies hitting my ear drums, Yes Are they good speakers to begin with, no,, it’s a Logitech 2.1 system, Z407. Do I care, no, they’re in my shed, exposed to elements, and dust and god knows what manner of creatures being Australia

Now HiFi, I mean, the best of the best, the luxury hypercar that does 250mph that also gets 150mpg on some magic technology, I would consider spending $500.
