Skip for Now. Specifically C0 She is a good support in general but Unless you need 2 Kazuha or want an upgrade for 2 Geo stuffs, She has very low Value. She's basically a sidegrade to Kazuha at C0 outside of Geo (equal Buff, no CC, lesser personal DPS) She has QoL on Multiwave, but a lot more clunkier to setup a Double Element like Kazuha does with His Double Swirl due to Crystalize ICD. And specifically for Diluc (or Pyro DPS in general) Sucrose exist if you need another Debuff + Buffer in case Kazuha is busy for the other Team so there's that too.

I was so fixated to Bennett that i never consider other options for Overload / Overvape that can be just as good, nice work! Who's the best flex on Overload Diluc + Chevy in your opinion? I'm considering to get Yae if She can be a good alternative to Bennett

Fischl + C6 Sara > Yae > Raiden > Sub DPS Sara > TtoDS Lisa > Buff Bot Sara Might differ if my Yae C0R1. Fischl is almost mandatory for the team to work optimally since She can provide 100% Electro uptime on top of generating Energy + Insane DPS. Though using Sara might be clunky since you need to quickswap here and there, She can provide a significant amount of Buff for Diluc and Fishcl (She snapshots the Buff fyi) making it worth. Though i'd say Fischl + Yae is definitely the best of the Bunch in general, arguably better than Bennett. C6 Sara can outclass C0R0 Yae, but the gameplay might be a turn down.
