A few years back when I was in high school I was in a race , and on the last round as I was getting to the last 50 meters before the finish line , I was catching up to this guy in front of me, we were now toe to toe and he looked at me and realized I was going to pass him ,and so he yelled as he sped up and just went ahead and beat me. I will remember that moment for a long time , I wanted to congratulate him afterwards but couldn't find him , he really gave it his all (unlike Ayanokoji lol).

If you know anything about track, ayanokoji actually won because he was on the outer lane. He was actually running more than the president. So if they ran at the right starting point he would have won. And I personally think he could have went faster. And I feel the president know this too. That's why he was smiling at the end. Can someone clarify for me how this guy is that strong. I’m caught up with the light novel and it doesn’t make any sense. He used to do high intensity training in the white room but now he's in the school and hasn’t been training at all. I’ve only seen one mention in the whole light novel that his strength slightly weakened but that’s so dumb. Your body muscle composition will detoriate if you don’t maintain it or push it with intense training. The only thing he’s been doing is staying in his room eating ice cream or lounging around. So please explain? The only person I’d accept that has ridiculous strength is Koenji, the dude trains every day.

Years of training doesn't just vanish in 3 months you know. Even if you need to keep training to maintain top strength and speed. He will still be way above average or more at physical activities.

It was said that the generation Kiyo was in was the toughest, so tough that only he graduated. When he enter the school he was 16, at minimun he train in the WR for at least 10 years, 10 years of training doesn't go away in just one year and a half and even then Kiyo has stated that his physique has worsened.
