The scariest dream I ever had was a lucid dream. I found myself to be a bit younger in the dream than I really was at the time, so I was a bit confused at the time. I appeared to be in a pitch-black dark room. Suddenly, from afar, I saw a light. It appeared to be a light shade of red, so I was a bit suspicious. But I figured, hey, any light is a good light, so I started to walk towards it. I eventually got close to it, and I saw the source of light, a shocked expression on my face. They were candles, arranged in the corners of a star, drawn in the middle of a red circle. It was the Satanic Circle! I wanted to run, but I couldn't move. Three men in long, crimson robes approached me. One them held up a large, burlap sack, while the other two, (that somehow got behind me without me noticing) pushed me in. The sack was dark, like at the beginning, and it never seemed to have a bottom. I just fell and fell, screaming my HEART out. And then... I was knocked unconscious. I then woke up, in a deep sweat. In real life, I must've cried & screamed for HOURS on end after that.

So I remember once as like, a 7 year old child, I heard this rumor, that if you said, tickle tickle tickle three times in a dark room, the Tickle Monster will come to tickle you to death. (Dont judge....) So as a kid, I thought, 'PFFT! He's not real!' But then... When I went to be that night, I had a dream that I went into a dark room, said tickle tickle itckle three times... and he came. His claws were sharp as HEKK. And he had a long extending tounge hanging from his mouth, and his eyes were crossed. He yelled, 'TICKLE TICKLE TICKLE!' and tickled me with his claws. Anddd I died. Then I wokr up realizing it was all just a dream. And I never spoke of The Tickle Monster ever again.... UNTILL NOW >:3

this dream disturbed me back when I was 3 or 4: so fo context, my brother and I used to sleep on these fold up ground mattresses in the family room of our house and down the hall was the living room where my mom and her parents would watch tv while we sleep (our mom slept with us on the floor). you can see them on the couch from the family room where we slept so I would always know how late it was depending on if they were still there with the tv on or not (I couldn't read clocks back then). ok so my dream started with me and my brother were on some kind of errand with our dad in his truck. we were in some kind of large warehouse in the middle of the plains with some mountains in the background. I was sitting in the car and with the door open while I waited for my brother and dad to come out. so I got bored and jumped out of the car and examined the big entrance, but I wasn't alone outside. (it was noon-afternoon btw) there was a weird creature that I can only describe as a buffalo mixed with the pokemon Tauros and it was walking on its back legs. it was coming towards me kinda awkwardly but I wasn't scared of it. it was harmless enough. so I walked in the entrance of this warehouse, and I was suddenly back in the family room of our house at night, my brother was sleeping on his mat and I was awake standing up in the blue darkness. I looked to the front living room and I see my mom and grandparents watching tv and I don understand why but I was panicking. I felt alone and like I was being hunted, petrified with fear, so I called for help. I tried to wake up my brother with my screams but he kept sleeping. I tried calling my mom but my voice wasn't enough. then I saw it. I don't really remember what it looked like but it was some sort of bear, kid, thing (I think it looked like something from The Country Bears? idk) anyway, he sat on one end of the couch in the family room right next to where we sleep and talked like a friend. it was like I knew him for a while like a friend but something was wrong. I found out why when he said these words: "Donʻt worry. youre safe. Brotherʻs here. Brotherʻs ok (but he said it like he was referring to himself too and not just my brother). _I will feed on your soul_ " I felt my throat tightening while he made a sucking breath, like he was taking the air from my lungs. but it wasn't my air he was taking. my vocal chords felt like they were unraveling and something in me felt like it was being taken. he _was_ taking my soul! I was still conscious and alive (apparently my 4 year old subconscious still didn't fully understand what a soul was but nvm) but I had no voice, no courage, I was helpless. I cried out to my mom again but nothing came out. I started crying out of helplessness. then I woke up. I was in the same room as my dream but it was late at night. I guess I tried not to think about it because I went back to sleep no problem. I still hate that feeling empty inside, having that something in me being sucked out. having no voice, no courage, *weak*

I actually have a couple of other dreams they aren't as weird and slightly disturbing but I'm still going to tell them. So for a little context. You don't need that much context for this, basically I liked undertale at the time. Well I still like it but I don't like it as much anyways so in the dream chara stabbed my dad that's it... I don't even know why I had that dream. 👏Next👏Meme *clears throat* aagh... I mean dream. This one was completely random so you don't need context this all has to do with FNAF so basically I was in a junkyard and I looked around, and I look at my hands they were nightmare Freddy's hands or nightmare's hands I don't know which one is and really that's about it. Yeah I know it was a stupid dream I don't know why I had it I didn't even like FNAF as much as I did when I first got into the fandom oh by the way I didn't draw crappy OCS and I didn't ship things together, wait does that mean I was in the pure part of the fandom? Anyways I think the scariest part about this dream for me is the fact that when my soul was getting sucked in the dream I could feel something leaving my body in real life. Now because I'm bored and I really want to go watch a video I'm going to try and some this up quickly after my soul was sucked and my cousin's I don't know if you forgot about him they basically made us their servants afterwards they started arguing about something when they were arguing me and my cousins decided to slip away from them and grab our essentials. But I couldn't find my phone and I didn't think it would be smart to go to a strangers house and say "Hey these whitch's abducted us and took our souls can I borrow your phone?" so I searched while he ran and then one of the witches came and saw me. OMG. My scariest dream I have ever had was in second grade and I was playing on a play kitchen with some creepy girl. All of a sudden I heard a very scary noise and I saw a missed coming to me and a man said "you are a disgrace and a disappointment. You are talked about behind your back. Hahaha!!!!" The scariest dream I ever had was a few months ago, so it goes like this: I woke up one morning and got dressed. I went to the kitchen for breakfast, and when I got to the dining room, I saw my family all sitting around the table, but their eyes were glowing red and they just sat there staring at me. I was very creeped out by this, and I ran out of the apartment, and down to the lobby. I came up to the doorman who had his back faced towards me, and he turned around, revealing his eyes were also glowing red. I was scared so I ran out of the building and he just stared at me with a blank expression on his face as I ran out. When I got outside, I looked up and saw that the sky was very cloudy, and the clouds were red. I saw a few men in bright red robes coming towards me. Their hoods were pulled over their heads so I couldn't see their faces. They pulled down the hoods, revealing their glowing red eyes. Now, I was f*cking terrified at this point so I ran as fast as I could but they chased me down several streets, and they were all completely deserted. At one point, I lost them and walked up to an empty store. I looked at my reflection in the window and my eyes were glowing red, and then I woke up sweating. I swear I was paranoid for like 2 days after that.

Being a constant lucid dreamer "nightmares" pretty much are just horror movies but I get to choose where to go and what happens. Most of the time I don't bother going along with the storyline and just give myself powers and chill out until I wake up. So that's fun I guess.

I always had such vivid dreams, and can somewhat steer my dreams. I can feel, taste and smell everything in my dreams. So if I dream of a food wonderland, with mountains of burgers and rivers of MTN Dew Baja blast, you can bet your flamin' burrito that I scan taste, touch and smell it. Just as bad, I have troubles sleeping for long periods, so I used to fall asleep in Elementary -High school in class (I always finished my homework and class work in class before falling asleep). But I'd always be in a deep sleep, then suddenly jerk awake minutes later. I'd have nightmares, but they only last a moment, maybe it's my ADD, but I can usually jump dreams at least 2-3 times in the span of 2 hours. I know since worked all night one night till 7 am and woke up at 9 am after a crazy dream. Not gonna drop the details.

One time, I had nightmares for a whole month and they were so disturbing that I would stay awake for as long as I could. I kept having nightmares that the world was ending, birds dropped dead from the sky, the sky was gray, dead water creature floating in the water, people screaming and running. I was alone and wondering where my family was and where I was. Then, I had dreams that I witness my family get killed and I was forced to watch until the end. At one point, I met the man with red eyes. The world was ending, my family no where to be seen, and I didn't know where I was, only that I was standing in a barren place. The sky is gray, I felt his presence, in the distance I saw a black figure and fear struck me when I saw him. When I blinked, he was in front of me, all I saw was his red eyes looking into mine; his gaze was so intense that it startled me awake. These nightmares made me cry in agony and fear. It all felt so real. I made a dream catcher and it did stop the nightmares, but couldn't stop the man with red eyes. When I was having a dream that was wacky and made no sense, I felt something was wrong, then was pulled out of where I was and brought to a barren place, the sky is gray, there was a white marble gate with designs on the door frame, there was no building attached to it. I sensed something horrible about the door even though it looked pretty, I put myself back into my wacky dream from before but was pulled back to where the door was. The last attempt from leaving it, the door showed up in the dream I had before. It opened, a strong wind was released, pushing me back a little as the dream flew away. I looked into the door and saw a staircase leading deep into the ground and I knew where it lead to. From behind me, I heard a voice say "I am on my way." I turned around and saw red eyes looking into mine. I haven't seen him in a long time. I was about sixteen when I had those nightmares, I'm twenty one now. I haven't seen him for a few years and wonder what will happen next if he does come back, out of all of the creatures I had faced in nightmares, there is something different about him. He felt more real and I feel threatened by him.

I was really into fnaf at the time. In the dream, I was like 7. I was sitting on my bed and looked at my closet. My closet doesn't have a door or anything but it looked darker than usual. Then I crawled off my bed to the only door in my room. I looked out and turned to my right. It looked like Wither Bonnie but a bit more fixed. He came running at full speed at me. I slam the door as quickly as possible. Then I woke up. That was the most terrifying nightmare I've ever had.

So I live in this house with an abandoned barn in the back. So one night I went to bed and I had this dream.... This dream was about a Satanist that commited suicide.... Then he possessed this doll who wore a white dress and had black hair. This doll had an exacto knife with a letter that said cut me up and you will live. So I cut this doll to kill it, but inside it was actually bones and guts that spelt out. YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE! So I ran to my parents room and they were both tied up mumbling things. And all my cats were pinned to the walls with knives. Then the dream ended but all my cats are still alive so we good.😆😆😆😆😆😲😲😲😲😲

My scariest dream started when I was in a dark room with some people in a mansion, turned out to be dark outside and I think foggy. We went through several rooms taking a tour, I then noticed something kinda weird. I saw that each room we went through, 1 person would just disappear. Of COURSE I was confused why that happened, but later on i found out why. I saw a white creature looking like the bridge worm, kinda... Then I saw that it was following me now above the ceiling where only I would see it and not anybody else. Then in 1 of the rooms I saw it HOVE AT ME AND SWALLOWED ME WHOLE. I never talked about that again, until now >:)

The worst dream I had was a shadow grabbing me, opening a shaft with wires in the ceiling (for some reason), and then threw me into the wires. The wires pierced through my organs and my throat, it then started to shock me and i could feel all of the pain, the wires then pierced out of my eyes and my mouth and then i woke up. I STILL FELT THE PAIN.

I had a nightmare once and in the nightmare I was a ghost so obviously I couldn't be seen... well at least I didn't think I could be seen... ok so I was moving things around because I thought It was funny. (I was taunting a lady by the way) So I would always mess around with her stuff and she always looked annoyed. And when I moved a book..... She ran towards me, slammed me onto the floor, and sliced my back open with a knife. I woke up with terror, and my back really hurt. So yea that's one of my nightmares.

I just got a memory of april 2013... Every night the same nightmare in a museum, I was trapped and had to find my way out, but it would cut out and continue every night then there was this killer whom was trying to kill me (it looked like a shadow version of myself). This lasted until the last night of April when the killer almost killed me in the dream. Then alarm rang. It actually saved me from injuring myself badly. Never happened to me again. *Shudders in fear*

When I have a nightmare, my brain recognises it and I become semi lucid, and I have the power to propel myself out of said nightmare (if anyone else does this but can't wake themselves up, close your eyes tight and tense up, it works for me, I got you guys :3).

My nightmares are weird because the things that happen in them often wouldn't be scary if they happened in real life but my brain just decided that it was scary. I used to have nightmares constantly when I was younger so the little smart cookie that I was made a scapegoat for me when I start getting the feeling I'm in a nightmare. Its when you get that chill on your spine I instantly know that I can get out if I just have the willpower to get out I guess, but now... it kinda sucks since any fear I feel in my dream just instantly makes me wake up but meh I can just fall back asleep, kinda resets the dream to a new one xD.
