Intermittent fasting 18:6 Empty stomach: green tea with lemon or lemon grass tea or song water Breakfast 12 pm: Half khushk roti / bran bread 1 slice with 2 eggs with vegetables /125 gm salen or 2 chicken shami ( home made) +200 gm dahi( low fat) or 1 slice cheese or 1 cup fruit + handful of mix nuts tea. 3pm to 4 pm: any fruit 2 orange/2 small apple/1 pomegranate/2 guava/2 kiwi Dinner: 5 to 6pm Veg.salad raw or in soup form ,half roti ( 60 to 80 gm) / rice10 to 12 tb spoon + 200 gm grilled chicken/fish/chicken mince/ 150 gm mutton /beaf/300 gm daal or (200 gm daal + 100 gm chicken ) /chicken+ vegetable salen+ raita 30 min walk + plenty of water.

I'm already doing intermittent fasting since last month.18:6. My eating window is 2 pm ~8pm.its best for me. I take Ispaghol husk in morning time when fasting. Its a feeling of fullness and it also helps in your hunger suppress. I'm losing weight gradully. Its is great for me.
