The biggest reason for this being relaxing is the fact that he can play without teammates and still do well. For most of us casual players we tend to get frustrated because people are stupid and do stupid things to get all of us killed. Also it’s relaxing because of the music.

Best thing I ever did was spend a season playing solo no-fill. I never have to suffer poor team mates again, I either res them or just play my life. Highly recommended because it takes all the stress of bad team mates out.

A neat idea you can try to make it even more relaxing is altering the sound of the gunfire. Perhaps making the sound softer, like if you were to hear it from being underwater. Just a way to make the gameplay seem more relax. Removing the voiceline audio is a nice touch.

I think it's the simplicity of the game play, it's smooth and constant, the music is soothing, no commentary, insane editing, just simple game play and it's not soothing to a literal sense it's the feeling of being able to watch the video and immediately seeing gameplay with very good graphics where as almost every other apex video is super short with big cuts and editing, loud commentary and so on. This video having omitted all of that just makes it smoother than any normal video so I think that's what it actually means in a figurative sense
