LCW gave a high front net after those previous rally as a test, and saw him not only not trying to score by a net shot(basically that one is so easy it's a free point), he just lifted up like he has no will to win. LCW at this point feels a bit humiliated to play against player like this, when he trained so hard to compete, he feels like this kind of player doesn't deserve a win in the slightest, and so he smashes him down with the next opportunity.
