Wrap the individual panels and assemble on site(boat ramp). Each panel will be double paned and the roof sections should only be 2 sections, max. A 6in overhang would prevent water ingress and a door on door hinges would keep mosquitos out. Quicker and nicer than a tent in my imagination. Seeing y'all get so close with details was pretty cool.

Take a zip lock bag of flour, chilli flakes/cayene pepper, salt and pepper out with you. Add fizzy water/beer to it when you are ready to cook. Add the fish to the flour and spices. Heat up a large amount of oil and deep fry the pieces/fillets of fish. Remove when golden brown…that’s how we’ve done it a couple of times in Scotland

my favorite way to cook bass is to eggwash, toss in seasoned flour and fry - add pink himalayan salt, fresh ground black pepper, and a bit of garlic to the flour and mix it up. fry in butter on medium heat until golden

I just add a little crust on the bass with some salt and pepper mixed into some flour. Toss the fillet in that to cover both sides then into the pan it goes. After the ole razzle dazzle you get some really nice tasty bass.

I'm not a fan of fish, looking yes, eating no! But I have a decent breading I use on my meats. Half bread crumbs (1-2cups, depends on how much you need), half parma cheese, garlic, oregano and basil to taste. Then fry or bake your meat. The timing obviously goes with the size of the cut. Great video, both a build and a catch n cook! Like a double feature! I’m a fan of fish tacos too, I warm the tortilla on the grill’s bars, or on a simple old metal camping plate and f there’s cheese. Warm tortilla is key. You can also pre shred your cabbage and bring a jar of creamy style salsa, so it’s not bland.

Hey Ayo, the next time you do a boat challenge you should build it out of a double thick queen size air mattress and spray all sides of it with Flex Seal twice to protect it somewhat from punctures hell you could glue some thin plywood to it for a more sturdy base.

Turn it over; toast the bottom a bit. Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet & Spicy BBQ sauce (we add pickled jalapeños too). I was surprised the wrap over your stove didn’t melt 😂 Waking up to a bass hitting must have been awesome!

couple things that might help in the future ayo. :D 1. the plastic wrap is shrinkwrap and it will actually shrink after being stretched. and yes that stuff is extremely strong. 2. you should def spend the extra money on 2x4's (treated if that) and you could reuse alot of wood for these builds. 3. please get an impact drill, it will help you so much. and upgrade to something a little better then ryobi, you def use tools enough to buy better brands and it will make woodwork alot easier. 4. davey is the fishing king

Teriyaki fish. Great with salmon, but works with just about any fish, chicken or pork. In a mason jar add 6 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 4 tablespoons Maple Syrup, 2 tablespoons Mirin, equal parts moved garlic and minced ginger (1-2 tablespoons), and a splash of olive oil. Shake well. Pan fry the fish (season with pepper if desired) in about 1 tablespoon of oil for about 2 minutes. Add sauce and baste. Use enough sauce to cover the fish and so that the sauce thickens a bit in the pan. Flip after 2-4 min, depending on size of fish and cook for around the same amount of time. Serve with fried or white rice.

You dont need framing in the center. Just diagonal supports to keep it from being pulled inward when you wrap the plastic. If you stretch the plastic tight it will literally stick to itself.

When I do my fish tacos at the camp, usually bluegill, or bass, I cook over oak/pecan/hickory that's fell down or shed limbs. Can't beat cooking over wood, but for tacos I use some diced roma tomatoes, chopped up lettuce, and drizzle it with some enchilada sauce. Then some shredded taco cheese blend, or shred my own with colby or pepper jack.

I reckon the best option is to emulate those pop-top tent things some campervans have. Hard top, canvas sides, something you can pop down during the day and walk on, and then pop up to sleep in and it won't be so big that it never warms up.

If you build anything else woth plastic wrap take the time to wrap a couple times around each corner where 2 walls meet, and do the same on the doorway to the best of your ability. That way you can pull more tension on the plastic wrap and the whole thing doesn't depend on the whole thing staying tight. Get a little stretch and the plastic will droop and fall all the way around. Wrapping the corners means one wall will stay tight even if another section gets cut (like cutting the doorway out) and doing so for the doorway means you can cut the doorway open without the whole front earl's plastic suddenly becoming lose and floppy.

Got a catch and cook/fish taco recipe for ya! Fry the fish using Louisiana fish fry Cajun breading. Mix some taco seasoning into ranch dressing to use as a sauce. Add shredded lettuce and cheese. Best fish tacos ever.

OK here is what you need, Chilli n lime seasoning please this is a must home made pico de gio the fiesta blend cheese, warm the shells in the pan with just tea spoon of butter. Top with lettuce and a small dollop of sour cream and that will turn any fish to the most hands down the best fish taco you have ever had.
