He missed a gear after Tosa! But that Honda engine just sound so beautiful, and brutal at the same time...the sound of the heavens!

Man alive, the end of that lap was hair raising! Seeing the car twitch while shifting & accelerating, then sliding across that last curb on the edge of control, I'm sure even Senna was holding his breath on that one!

Me too! After Sennas death ofcourse safety became a big issue, withs MANY GOOD things...the cockpit sides, the wooden plank, the development of HANS etc. BUT in some cases they just went too far! That year they made Eau Rouge into a chicane?...thats just spitting F1 in the face...and dont think that was a proper way of "honouring" Senna! And remember: it was not the Tamburello corner that killed him! A corner kills no one! The surroundings kill!...the walls kill!...

...change the surroundings, not the track it self! They could have covered that small part of the river, and moved the wall futher away with a run off area and gravel...but in panic they effetively made Imola the most boring track F1 ever has raced on. (Nothing but short straigts and slow chicanes) Nice going!!!

@johnathorn JES?? you sould listen to a new F1 car in real, not in a video or soundrecords... than you would be SHOCKED about the real F1 sound, realy its unbelivable!! but this old Honda F1 sound was sure great to.
