1:10 It is possible to have more than just 1 blacksmiths per village. However the 1st run is most likely a set seed since the chances of generating a world where as you spawn in a village that has 4 blacksmiths are low.

That first one they actually did need to go into creative mode. Command Blocks can be placed and triggered in survival, but to put in commands you need to be in creative mode.

I think it’s possible for two blacksmiths or more to spawn in one village but spawning really close together is probably not. Normally you’d need to have a big village. One time I found a blacksmith on one side and another on the far end
