As an Android user, can confirm that that's the *default* notification sound for an Android device (it's not in any way limited to phones). However it can be changed in the notification settings (or sound settings; I forget which)

The reason there's invisible blocks beneath the end spawn is because their computer is struggling to run the game so the end stone is invisible. My old laptop and my old pc did the same thing. Its especially difficult for their computer to run the game since their using Lunar client and probably have mods installed that are slowing the game down.
