do some podcast with genuine people who know abt ayurveda and how to keep ur mind and body balance through our plants and veggies, indians are lucky to have such wide variety of natural herbs and medicine but they dont use it look at euorpe, australia and NZ they rely on cosmetic drugs....focus on what nature has given u and build up on that for younger gen who are Fu*ked in their mind by watching too much p0rn...

In Ayurveda one of the departments is SWATHA RAKSHA which can help us. So will be waiting for the podcast related to this. I am glad to say that at the time of my second child I have totally followed ayurvedic principles right from garbhadha to delivery and I am finding very good results of that. Best way perhaps to see this is whether people who practice ayurveda live better. I don't know if Dr. Nayana is practising it properly on herself or maybe it's her body type. I don't want to get into body shaming but she seems overweight, would ayurveda portray obesity as healthy or not is another question. Again, I am not judging her appearance. Just trying to argue that ayurveda is not panacea. It has its extreme wealth of knowledge which needs to be researched and standardised. And I also believe while looking into the past all the time we completely negate the present and future of medicine That said we need to tap into the best parts of ayurveda, no doubt without calling out all synthetic based medicines

Hi Ranveer please do a show with a renowned psychiatrist (maybe from NIMHANS) to demystify the stigma against psychiatric medications. Contrary to what is mentioned by some people (probably because of lack of knowledge about psychiatry-you need to work for many years in psychiatry to gain a holistic understanding- even medical doctors often shun psychiatry-due to stigma, avoidance and misconceptions): There are so many interesting and pains taking research and developments in modern psychiatry that have helped people worldwide-Psychiatry I would say is the most intelligently woven science in allopathy-many people shun it also because its difficult to comprehend the various aspects of it (biological, psychological, developmental, environmental, cultural aspects etc). There are excellent medication preparations which are yet to become affordable in India (like newer 2nd generation antipsychotic depot injections which can greatly improve the life of a schizophrenia patient), there are excellent advances in medication and psychological treatments for OCD. Side effects happen mostly due to lack of caution and misdiagnosis (Psychiatry diagnosis is a time consuming and tasking process). In fact there is a lot Ayurveda can imbibe from modern day psychiatry (like diagnostics, management of aggression, legal aspects, safety, family dynamics, patient autonomy, managing stigma etc etc) and of course so much that psychiatry can imbibe from Ayurveda and Yoga. All modalities of treatment are needed and needs to complement each other.

hey ranveer..fell in love with listening to podcasts just by watching yours, developed keen interest and curiosity in geopolitics... been a curious case since childhood about hinduism, astronomy space and exploration... but what really got me gripped to your series of podcasts was the ones of Dr.Vineet Agarwal, Abhijit chavda and specially the ones that revolved around MAHADEV...i am myself follower of shiva and have immense love towards lord shiva..!! keep up the good work ranveer.. you are literally speaking on behalf thousands of curious minds out there ..!!! best wishes..!!
