Hi, In the Yogic food program discussion mostly stressed on eating food before sunset . But here in the video we are talking about eating dinner at 9 pm . Also , i beleive we were inclined towards having 2 meals a day , considering the energy needed for daily activities . Little confused with the contradicting information

So yogic food program is a generic program, not targeting any particular symptom. But if there is an underlying condition, then modifications need to be made temporarily, till the problem gets mitigated.

Which is why this is not a yogic diet, but an Ayurvedic one.

Namaskaram, this diet is for a specific condition, not applicable for everyone in general. If you are a regular yoga practitioner, a two meal diet will be recommended as all the conditions will be taken care of when you do your practices regularly. Pranam, Volunteers for Shlloka

I agree. Also what I know is that too much spinach without tomato or lemon in the dish will give you kidney stones.
