Please make a video on agni mandya or low digestive fire which is the actual cause of weak health and people chose heavy gym and high protein to counter this health condtion what happens is protein supplements have vitamins and minerals and digestive enzymes that give results untill going gym with protein but if digestive fire is good then automatically health will be good without any supplements like people used to have 2 decades back
