That's not because of the low specs, it's probably cause the game has reached it's engine limit due to super op hardware and is being run at around 180 fps at which the game stutters like hell. The hardware being used is pretty high end as you can tell through the textures and graphics...

Me :after finishing homework kept my homework note at the side of my laptop and playing high graphics game. My maths homework note got on 💥💥🔥🔥🔥 fire. Next day went to school got 5 lashes from a wooden scale b'cause the sir said I was lying. Stood outside of the class for the whole maths period. Stood outside of principal's office for 1 period. And the good thing about this is I my laptop helped me to skip 2 periods, no not my laptop,the high graphics game made me to skip 2 periods, no not the game , my mind which wanted to download the game, and it all falls on me once again. I skipped 2 periods because of ME
