Amazing! One cannot meditate the Dukka away for how much one can sit! But by changing our thinking, we can win the suffering of Dukka!

One of the very first book on Buddhism I purchased 20 years ago was by Ayya Kemma -- Being Nobody, Going Nowhere. I read it over and over again. Good reflection. Sadhu 3X. Thanks for posting.
