In Tekken 6, Azazel was made to be the main threat. In Tekken 8, Azazel was only brought back for Devil Kazuya to absorb him to turn into True Devil Kazuya. That is why Azazel is harder in Tekken 6.

Azazel in T6 was way better because he was hard to defeat compared to this one and it really gave me a good feeling after defeating him in tekken 6, tekken 8 azazel is so easy, wish at least they gave him A rage art and heat system

Yeah you can fight him as the final boss in arcade mode, I’ve only tried it once but i think you can also fight against the other story mode bosses too (I’m not naming them to be spoiler free)

In tekken 6, Azazel spoke in English while in T8 he spoke through telepathy(which makes sense cuz im pretty sure prehistoric monster don't know English)
