Integrity? She praised Beyoncé lemonade in this interview & just last month she mocked it while talking about Beyoncé’s new single. She is very intelligent & aware but when she feels offended or unsatisfied with the projection of certain aspects in popular culture that are controlled by the “powers that be” she gets hostile & belligerent & doesn’t express herself in a productive way or contradicts her views out of pettiness & resentment. But yes at times she can be in the lane of genius then all of a sudden she’ll gear off track.

Can she get some sympathy for being a survivor? Piper Rose Anyone who has been using recreational drugs knows there’s a big difference between feeling like you’ve been hit with a substance and being under the drowsy influence of alcohol. Yes, she admitted she was planning on possibly being with him, that’s probably why they ended up in the hotel room together - but even if she said yes earlier, in what reality does that give a man whole permission to assault a woman who is having blurred lines of consent from drinking and being drugged?

Like she said in other interviews, it took a long time for female rappers to be taken seriously, they worked hard and pushed their pen and have over idk maybe 200 songs/verses to get where they are today and still get bottom barrel. A stripper who admits not writing her raps comes up in it and has no Flow and a 2nd grade vocabulary and no enunciation , comes up in it and is praised??

I said the same thing about Cardi B, I feel like black women wouldn't be allowed to do what Cardi has done and still be on top, black women are always been judged or stereotyped for being Vulgar or Loud, dumb and here's Cardi doing it and she's on top, keep in mind she isn't black and they'll take anything from our culture once it ain't coming from a black person. I love Azealia because she expresses herself and don't GAF what people think.
@dontjudge62586 жыл бұрын
I agree, but cardi is on top because soo many people can relate. Black people always do get judge for being who they are, and cardi is a representation of who are, so we relate. Although she’s not black,she express our culture. Which no other females in the Industry want to express.

Why the need to disrespect someone's family for no reason fool, can't you read, this is the problem of our generation, what you want likes or highlights? @@IBBMS I don’t need to “read” I’ve been following very closely since 2012. I’ve seen hundreds of her “hot tales” spark delayed cognitive dissidence among the masses. It’s almost eerie seeing her say things that get her blacklisted, then months to years later you hear everyone else speak on them. The thing is with her is that she is deeply submerged into to world politics, she speaks and has options in foreign policies the moment the alter. While about 80% of the general public on formulates their options on pop culture & politics when subject matters are headlining. Which is why thousands of people who watched that “Breakfast Club” interview, expressed in the comments that they were wrong about her and completely taken back how she’s painted so many abstract concepts in black and white. Don’t let the white man/woman ran (influence/conditioning/institutionalized structure to silence intelligent black woman (Eartha Kit)) media platforms/news outlets- micromanage your triggers, anger, and outrage.

After watching this interview, I definitely have a changed perspective of Azealia Banks. A very misunderstood young woman and media has definitely painted her as a villain. But nevertheless, she’s familiar with the meaning of a true artist and I agree with her opinion that rap and music period has gotten very lazy. Although I may not agree with everything that she says or does, her candor, intelligence and sense of humor is admirable.

Also If you saw the whole interview there's many examples of how she's a walking contradiction. She says black woman she be empowering and lifting eachother then she insults them with disgusting vulgarities. She says black should practice safe sex, then seems to brag how she let a white man she'd just met eat her dirty anus. Something is wrong here andbafoonish it's scary.

luis _ ... Azealia? The woman who argued the merit of bleaching her skin despite the dangers and how hypocritical it made her? Azealia is a homophobic, islamaphobic, petty opportunist. She didn't make it as big as she had hoped and now she spends her days bashing any and everyone who made it bigger than her. She is Fox Brown 2.0

This one of thee BEST interviews The Breakfast Club has done. THANKS TO AB! She is good for TV. She’s just GOOD PERIOD! She needs to be on a panel judging something HIPHOP CULTURED. She is the culture. Always loved her.

Finally someone is here to say nothing but the truth. The music industry is corrupted.

solrac amcl Artist has been expressed corruption, you're obviously missing interviews. She knew the struggle coming in, especially for a women with her complexion. People know women are strong but us brown women are even stronger! 🔥

Lulu t By "truth" I mean Cardi's place in hip hop not that the music industry is corrupted. That's why I used a "." Instead of a ":" to separate both sentences. Learn to fucking read.

I sooooooooooo understand her! People CHOOSE to focus on her negative opinions rather than looking at her talents. Just like how people only choose to look at Mariah Carey's NYE performance and judge her for that, instead of enjoying 25 years of music and 18 #1 hits.

I think Afro Americans really underestimate how racist the world outside of America is. Black people in Latina America , Europe , Asia ect except the motherland ,Africa, have it so hard.... yall dont even wanna know what we go through on a daily bases. I am so happy Azealia brought racism outside of the USA to their attention.

I’m Mexican and I have to agree. There are definitely some people outside of the U.S. who aren’t racist or prejudiced, but there is still LOTS of anti-blackness out there. Sometimes I’d be on Instagram seeing a post about a black girl or something and I’d see other latinas bringing down black people, especially women. It’s disgusting and stuff like this has to be addressed more. Racism towards black people is not and has never been exclusive to America.

yo itsme Black people in Latin America and Europe are waaaay better off than those in Africa. How can you say Africans don't have it hard?
