The video of the final approach shows the aircraft looking intact and unharmed. A missile will most probably destroy an aircraft in mid-air, but this was not the case with this E190. There is no denying though that the pilots had flying control problems.

That's how jet fuel bursts in a matter of few minutes, not hours and hours and hours until it brings a twin skyscraper down. It looks like the pilot did what his best but the me3g3ncy landing was too steep and too fast. Curosene burns extremely fast, turns into very black smoke at the beginning, then it disappears, and the fuel is much less hotter than regular gasoline. So?

Pre crash cellphone footage from inside the airplane shows damage to the inboard flap track fairing on the left wing and the oxygen masks were deployed indicating hull breach/ depressurization. The plane appeared to be flying straight and level at altitude but this obviously deteriorated as it descended to attempt to land. As well post crash video shows possible shrapnel damage on the underside of the intact portion of the fuselage and left horizontal stabilizer. Points toward damage to flight control systems which got progressively worse as the flight progressed (hydraulic leaks leading to eventual failure). Bird strike would produce none of these issues. Shrapnel from outside force certainly would however.
