Dear Ma'am, If comission from real Estate brokerage is 15 Lac for year and tds already deducted from the comission by builder. Now while filing ITR any further income tax need to be paid? Earlier we thought that further 30% income tax need to pay but one of my friend who is an accountant told me that if TDS already deducted then income tax pay nahi karna hoga. Itr file krke 0 income tax aayega. Please suggest what will happen in actual.

But in most of the ca firms, u r doing only reititive work. I have done my articleship in small firm. They r only giving manual work which is repititive like doing sale purchase entry in tally,brs,some excel work and most important works which u should learn is done by ca itself. It is also advisable to do articleship in big firms otherwise there is no difference between dummy articleship and doing articleship in a small firm.

Dummy articleship wont be an issue if we are going for job as thery will be company specific training for respective job profiles ..One thing we can work on is softskills which can be improved via multiple online content... However setting up own practice will be very challenging if adequate exposure is not gained during articleship

It happens because of the low stipend and importance given to groups cleared by firm .. There are students who are perfect in work but still under paid due to non clearance of exams.. After clearing , you can learn ..You won't land on that dream job instantly..after some years of learning..you will reach the position you desired .. Skipping attempt for articleship is never a good option
