@@KZbinSuniL0088 if it is possible for you to contact the dermatologist by call or by visit(if nearby) than you should ask him, i have been using a face wash or sometimes i just use face wipe and than apply azelic acid cream,and after some time i follow by sunscreen, face wipes may not be suitable since they contain fragrance. You can use any mild face wash.

@@introvert243 according to google you can, but if you're having any skin condition be careful. Even i am using salisylic face wash but i use it in morning and in night. And i am told by my doctor to apply azelaic cream in the evening,so i just wash my face with plain water to remove sunscreen and then i apply this cream.

Same issue, no it doesn't because hormonal acne will always be there no matter what topical ointment you use, so you need to take care of lifestyle habits, to take care of hormonal acne.. 🙃 I had been using 15% dermat prescription, the ointment tube is empty but my acne still the same, though it helped in initial days, but acne came back, even in our case iso tretinoin( oral medicine for acne as last treatment option) will not work...

@@knowingthat8628 I have really wierd skin. I have noticed that I get acne only during the summers and monsoon, it has something to do with humidity. My skin clears up entirely during winters. But every time I tell this to a dermat they don't take it seriously and end up diagnosing me with hormonal acne. Although isotretinoin works for me. My dermatologist prescribed that for about 4 months and it did clear up my skin even during the summers. All of it is just so confusing. 🥲
