So Xal'atath wants Alleria and the player character. She is drawing us deeper underground. If she only wanted to talk, she already has a variety of methods to do so. Presumably she wants to show us something. So what is it that Knaifu wants us to see? Also, I think Beledar is a Naaru ship. It would explain why Anduin hears a radiant *song*, but Alleria hears the void. Since the Naaru inside seems to be decaying/dying. The ship may be the light's equivalent of firing old gods at planets.
